Spent a long weekend in Oregon and was glad to have stayed at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to get us into an adjoining room and while the rooms were a bit old and outdated, it was clean and very large. Our room with double beds had a couch, coffee table and desk in... More

Great mid point location if the purpose of your visit is Portland, the big outlet malls, OSU or other areas south of the city. Took only 15 min. to reach downtown PDX, and right off freeway for traveling south. No view, and no ambience, but if you just need a clean room at a good price, this is the place.... More

We made a quick overnight trip to Portland and found a great $75/night rate on travelocity at this hotel. We've stayed in the area before so know how convenient it is to I-5. It's very close to Portland, and surprisingly quiet for sitting literally next to the interstate. The immediate area has a lot of dining options, 2 Starbucks, gas... More

Great place to stay. Easy on and off of I-5 remodeled rooms. Staff is great. Olive Garden, Chevys, Applebees are all within easy walking distance. Needed housekeeping of more pillows. I think it took three minutes for them to show up. Haven't tried the breakfast yet but, if it's like the rest of the Inn, I'm sure it's fine. I'll... More

I work at a lodge and spa on the Oregon Coast, so of course I have high expectations when it comes to hotels. The Phoenix Inn staff was very accomodating and helpful. Melissa at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed, and had a smile everytime I saw her. The pool and hot tub were very clean,... More

Most importantly--very, very comfortable beds. Facility was clean. The breakfast, for a free motel meal, was outstanding. All the usual fare plus you could make your own waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is next to the freeway and noisey. The pool water is questionable and the excercise room is crowded and has low quality equipment. The maid doesn't vacuum the floor everday even though it is noticeabily dirty. Also left a torn, very worn towel for me to use. The breakfast is the very basics. This hotel has very low... More

My boyfriend and I booked for only one night to stay here, and I'm sorry we did. Within a half hour after we arrived to the room, I noticed a small bug crawling on my arm. I look down at the white pillows on the bed and see tons of small fleas jumping all over the place. We called someone... More

It is very unfortunate that there has been such a misunderstanding, as I feel we did apologize very much so. We on staff, were horrified by the situation, moved you rooms immediately and asked you if you would like us to move you. We called the next room and asked if everything was okay, and what could we do to... More

This is the second time we've stayed at the Phoenix Inn and once again, we were very pleased with our visit. The room was very clean, with ample amenities, the only downside was that we asked for a non~smoking room, and this room smelled like smoke. So if you're allergic to smoke, just make sure you truly get a non~smoking... More

Nice, big cozy beds, rooms are suites with little couch and fridge. Decent for the $$$. clean and comfortable. free Wi-Fi in the rooms and free hi speed internet in the lobby a real plus. also free breakfast that varied slightly each day was nice to get. I will be back.
