We stayed in Newberg last weekend. We had 2 rooms. One was quite large, one was smaller. But that worked out ok for our family. The breakfast was OK. Average. They did have fruit which was a plus. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. Our rooms smelled fine though. And to be fair the... More

If you are allergic to smoke, avoid this hotel. I spent three nights here and had to wear a respirator any time I was in my room. Smoke fills the hall and also comes through the bathroom vent. I could hardly tolerate being in the bathroom. I had to leave my window open all day long to air it out.... More

Great value for money accommodation. Very easy to find. Although on "the main drag" it was quiet. The title says it all. Although this Travelodge did not have a great number of bells and whistles it had all that we required during our holiday. The complimentary breakfast was as nice as many expensive hotels. I would recommend this hotel/travellodge to... More

There are not a lot of hotel options in Newburg, so we tried this hotel. The bed was very noisy, as in every time one of us moved. I hate to have to write this, but the bathroom did not have a "clean" smell to me. The lobby was okay, but the carpeting needed cleaning. Front desk was friendly and... More

I have stayed in this Travelodge many times over the past 2.5 years, as my children attend the local college, George Fox University. I book online and feel it is a wonderful value for a safe, clean, and very comfortable room/bed. The owner/manager is most gracious and committed to customer service. I only stay here when in town. My husband... More

I was attending a MoPar Summit in Newberg and called several hotels. As Newberg is a small town in Oregon and the map is confusing I called the Travelodge and the manager gave me perfect, down to the mile instructions. Once I got there the room smelled like a living room and not that Clorox motel smell. The desk staff... More

I am a 24-year-old Father living in AZ and have a child living in OR. I fly up to OR from AZ, religiously, every 3-4 weeks to spend time with my son. I always book with travelodge in Newberg. It definitely has the highest quality to price ratio in the area, in my opinion. It is family friendly. My almost-3-year-old... More

We stayed at the Travelodge in Newberg because it was close to George Fox University. There is an indoor pool and one washer and dryer. Most of the rooms are non smoking. There are some smoking rooms and the hall smells like smoke but the non smoking rooms are ok. The bed is old and average. There is a lot... More
