Where can I start. At least it has an "ocean view" from up on a hill with 5 rows of houses and a Shilo Inn between it and the ocean. That's all the good. I mean, I wasn't expecting the Ritz here, but something not nearly as bad as this! First off, It is across the street from a porn... More

I had reserved an ocean view room with two queens. Our check-in took more than 20 minutes---the two desk attendants were trying to figure out the reservation of one other guest who had apparently booked online. They were quite pleasant, but extremely inefficient. The first room they ( finally) assigned us had a broken heater. The room we eventually got... More

If I could Give this Zero Stars out of 5 Stars I would but I cant. Most disrespectful workers I have ever seen. We told them we wanted to stay 3 nights and on the 2nd morning we were barged in on by an employee. The only thing stopping here form coming all the way in the room was the... More

We stay at the Econo Lodge frequently annually. This time the weather was foggy, buit very enjoyable. Lots of wonderful pictures. Really like staying at the Econo Lodge because the room accommodations are excellent, the manager at the front desk has excellent customer service, and easy to get to many local doings with great beach access. There is golfing at... More

The lady at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. We asked her for directions to several places. She was more than happy to help us. She even looked stuff up on the computer for us. The parking was pretty bad, though. And pretty tight. The room was clean. We had a smoking room because that was all... More

I booked this hotel online for a 5 day vacation our family was planning. First of all, do not believe the photos. We booked 2 rooms, they were supposed to each have a Queen Bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Fridge was broke, beds were Full size with burn holes in the comforters, NO coffee maker, and definitely NOT CLEAN.... More

I usually like to avoid the econo lodges because they seem so old. this hotel was definitely a budget motel but we had a clean room with a lovely view of the ocean. Right on the coastal hwy and one block from the beach. I enjoyed looking out the window at the ocean. Loved walking on the beach and Newport... More
