This place is a great place to relax after a long journey. Idealy set along a beautiful river, with wildlife wandering past. Rooms are inexpensive with everything you need. Friendly service and great amenities.

This is a great hotel with all rooms facing the South Umpqua River. Very helpful staff. This is a dog friendly hotel ($15.00/night pet fee), which I very much appreciated. Nice hot breakfast, too. Overall, a great hotel that is within walking distance to several very good restaurants.

Very nice hotel next to the Umqua River; beautiful lobby; standard HIE breakfast bar; polite staff. Some problems they need to solve: false fire alarms brought the fire department scrambling to the hotel both days we stayed there, and the elevator got stuck at least two times that I know (once with my wife on it).

Work frequently takes me to Roseburg and I stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Most recently, I stay in April 2013 for one night. Having stayed here several times before I knew what to expect. Close to I-5 and the Roseburg downtown, the Inn is a good stopping off point. Calming river views from all rooms. Refrigerators, Microwaves, indoor pool make it a good spot if you are traveling with children. They will enjoy the pancake machine at the medium range breakfast buffet.

The hotel was very nice. They have just gone through a remodel, everything was clean, smelled good, and very comfortable! The staff (counting housekeeping and breakfast) were very friendly and professional, doing everything they could to accommodate our need! I will most definitely come back and stay at this holiday inn!

I only stayed one night for business but it was a very pleasant stay. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. I didn't get to use the pool or exercise area but they looked very nice. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Not bad not great just ok. For what you pay it is worth it. There was a long hair in the towels. Heater didn't work and had to have the wi-fi reset. Bed was clean comfortable. Quiet and no strange odors. I would stay again if I were just passing through again.
