Very clean and cozy hotel. One block from the Seaside prommenade. We booked the king size with jacuzzi and was still cheaper than the hotels on the beach. “Nice location, modern, inviting”

Most rooms overlooking river, a few short blocks from beach. Nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was fairly standard fare. Staff was very nice. Only problem is light on balcony which reflects into the bedroom through the night, notwithstanding the curtains and blind.

What a clean and well staffed hotel. The breakfast was very good, a little of everything. Every afternoon there were warm cookis in tnhe lobby and a smile from the staff member behind the counter. We will definately stay the next time we are in Seaside.

the best value and service in seaside! their breakfast is nice and robust. the gentleman who services the breakfast is always checking on items and replacing immediately when necessary. highly recommend!

We only stay in choice hotels and we hardly ever have problems but at this hotel they stated that they did not have extra blsnkets to let guest use. I do apologize that there were no double queen beds available when you made your reservation for the dates of your stay. Our double queens fill up the quickest on sporting event weekends. I also want to apologize that we had to give you a comforter instead of an extra blanket do to so many requests for blankets. Thank you... More
