Our room smelled like deodorizer and cats. The tv had lines down it even though it was a flat screen. The beds are hard. It was clean though and there was a breakfast

If you are travelling along the I-5, you cannot get a better location. Fuel, Starbucks, restaurants all in close proximity and you are literally 1 minute from the I-5 off-ramp. Good value for road trip stop. We check in at 10pm and the lady in front desk provide good service. Rooms are clean and Internet is excellent.

On a very cold evening we checked into Holiday Inn Express in Springfield (Eugene) Oregon after having made the reservation just a few hours in advance. standard room with 2 queens (very comfy), flatscreen TV, small round table, 2 chairs neither computer, wifi worked great, NO refrigerator or micro, breakfast good (refreshed constantly) with large eating area. noisey in room from street traffic. lots of shopping and restaurants close.

The one salient characteristic of this hotel is the friendliness of, and great service by, the staff.
