Stay away from this place. Owner's a crook. Dirty. Trashes not emptied. Way overpriced.
My friend suggested me to stay at Sutton Motel while I was in Eugene to visit one of my clients. Not only their price is reasonable but their service is excellent. I will definitely come back and stay there again.

Awful, dirty rooms, money hungry owners. No refunds for any reasons. Requires a $50. 00 deposit that you may or may not get back.
