I have been here before and enjoyed my stay, the management was great and will to be of service to me. The area is of the 20' and 30' and is great for the people who don't demand all the fu-fu of the ritz.,If you want a good quit retreat and go fishing or antique shopping or just get away... More

We stopped here for a night on a recommendation. Paid my room fee, and was directed to my room. I immediately had bad vibes for this place. The halls were dark and spooky even in the middle of the afternoon. Was willing to give the room the benefit of a doubt. I should have trusted my instincts. Walked in the... More

stopped here after a long day driving, the outside and lobby area looked dated but clean and tidy so we went for it.....huge mistake....the room was vile! I've stayed in 1*-5* accommodation in the past and in my opinion a place can be old, lacking amenities but there is no excuse for filth! The room was disgusting, the linin dirty... More

The smell coming from the room was awful. Room was disgusting. Filthy! Bugs crawling on the bed. Carpet has large stains of?? The bathroom has insects (alive and dead) crawling on window . I didn't even stay and left without a refund also.I could hardly wait to get out of there!

Had wedding this weekend and guests reserved rooms. We should have checked here first! Most of the complaints mirrored the ones in the previous ratings. One party didn't even stay and left without refund! One couple demanded to have the bedding changed due to hair on pillows! I live here and am totally embarrassed! Will never use again!!

Unless things have drastically changed since May 18 &19 2012, wouldn't recommend it. Hairs on the pillowcases, used washcloth on the shower rod, buildup of soap scum on the shower curtain, carpet obviously hadn't been vacuumed, and a coating of dust over everything. Didn't like seeing the manager, whose feet looked none too clean, walking barefoot in the upstairs hallway.... More

Shower curtain was moldy. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned in weeks. Whatever liquid that was spilled in the refrigerator had carmelized at the bottom. I'm not ever sure if my sheets were clean. No box of kleenex. All the furniture had never been cleaned off. Bits of food was on the table. Garbage can wasn't emptied from last guest. Dirty piece of... More

Quiet rooms and nice staff. Loved the Christmas parade which passes by right out front. Small town and very peaceful. Terrific place to get away from it all, good feeling and atmosphere.
