This is an older hotel that needs to renovate. Renovation does not mean simple upgrades to paint and furniture. My first night left a bad impression. Everything was fine - this is an older hotel that is being continually updated. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The staff are always eager to be of assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed overnight at the Best Western in Bradford, good value for money. Check in was quick and efficient.
