There were bugs in the room. You could hear the housekeepers yelling and fussing at each other about their personal life. The room was mostly clean when I got there but everyday house keeping got the towels and half way made the bed. They did not clean. This is one of the cheapest hotels in the area so I guess... More

On their sign it states that they are the cheapest hotel in town, well you get what you pay for. We were in town for a wine tasting event. We checked in with another couple and requested two rooms next to each other. The lady at the front desk looked at my wife and informed her that she'll deal with... More

I have never in my life stayed at such a horrible place. Technically I didn't stay there at all because I walked out and never looked back. This place was booked for me by someone else while I was on a business trip. I wasn't overly thrilled at staying at a Super 8 but I figured I've stayed in third... More

Got back room on 2nd floor. window opens to a train yard where they were hooking train cars together all night (on a saturday) till after 3 am. Cars banging together, metal wheels screeching along the tracks, train horn blowing every 10-15 seconds. Was quoted price over phone, then when we got there asked if they offered AAA discount. They... More

We booked 2 rooms at this motel thru Hotels.com. When we arrived at check-in (215 pm) we were told to come back at 330pm. Told to enter room from back entrance which stunk of smoke and ???? very bad. Room also smelled of smoke and bedding was worn and old. We were told we could cancel with full refund, but... More

I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend (1 night). I was happy with my choice. I traveled with a pet (dog) which the motel accepts with a $15.00 charge. Overall I had no major problems with my room, the motel, or the service. The front desk clerk was very business like, as opposed to a warm welcoming "welcome wagon greeting"... More

The location is quite good if one wants to stay in the main roads. It is noisy at night because it is on a main highway. The room was average, reception friendly, but staff smokes and the reception area stinks. Staff smokes in a room adjacent to the reception desk and obviously there is no ventilation. It's where the continental... More

I booked a room at this hotel using my credit card on 11/5/2010. They make a carbon impression of your credit card which I thought was unusual but was told they do this on all transactions. The next day fraudulent credit card transactions started appearing on my credit card. One retailer provided me with the name and email address of... More

Disappointing from the initial contact- desk clerk appeared to be on a personal call, so I had to wait until she was done. Hotel was not full at all but she put us in a ground level room by the busy highway. The room smelled of tobacco and urine (note: it was a non-smoking room). The wireless internet service did... I was passing through the area on business and chose the Super 8 because it is preferred by the travel arrangement program my job uses. Free parking was available and the check in staff was friendly. There are several menus for restaurants in the area that offer discounts for Super 8 customers. Some are chain restaurants and some are local.... More
