The service here is impeccable. They pay attention to the littlest details. From knowing your routine (likes/do likes) to checking in on all requests. The staff is really friendly and tries to accommodate all needs. I travel quite a lot and have stayed at a variety of hotels. The service here is amazing.

Not a great experience. Minus: Not so close to the airport. (tacky tip jar on shuttle service) Buzzer on front door makes me think that we are in a dangerous neighborhood. I recently stayed at this property because they offer park and ride facilities so we did not have to park at the airport. They have a shuttle that will take you to Pittsburgh International and then pick you up on return. Great location, close to almost everything...older carpet, and older room...last minute reservation so I expected to pay a little more. $259 is way TOO MUCH... staff very friendly...top notch on this issue.
