“Great service & location”

We had group event organized at this hotel and all of us were staying at the hotel. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. The rooms were nice and had a great view of the downtown. I would stay here again and again and would gladly recommend to my friends and families. Overall our trip was successfull and awesome.

The location in downtown Erie is fantastic, access to anything you need is just steps away - shopping, restaurants, etc. Lake is just a walking distance. “Great Hotel”

Thank you! Great experience, kind and courteous staff. Clean and spacious rooms. I was here for a great film festival in October. Had a really fantastic time and this hotel helped make it a great trip! I would stay here and day and will again when I return next year!

“Great hotel, very nice banquet and meetiing space.”

Great hotel with nice hall and meeting areas, friendly staff with great service. The hotel has nice size rooms with nice big windows, had great night sleep. Walking distance to lake and light house. Staff helped out with all the requirments for our meeting setup in the hall. The mager or owner was very friendly as well. Great stay.

“Avalon Hotel”

It was a good deal. Staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations with their service. We needed extra chairs, stage tables, pillows, and comforters for our 3 day stay. The owner himself and his professional staff personally aided us in all of our needs. Highly recommended place that continuously getting better.
