Room was dusty. Carpet was damp. Bedspread was disgusting, though sheets looked clean. Creepy outside, creepy inside. Shower water pressure was good if you don't mind standing in your own water. Loved the wires hanging out of wall that was most likely were smoke alarm was previously located. Guy working desk was nice.

Awful. Worst complaint was the black mold growing along the perimeter of the bathroom ceiling corners up to 6 inches out along the ceiling and down the shower walls. Booked three non-smoking queen rooms. Got three smoking double bed rooms. Paint looks fresh but, was badly done. Fridge was dirty, sink and tub appear clean. Carpet is stained and moldy. Photos on Expedia don't acurately represent the room. Musty smell. Stains on chairs. Crumbling exterior wall. Hot water is only warm. Simply yuck!

before this placed changed hands was a cute and cozy place now it seems like it was let go shame it is cheap if only willing to stay for a night but it coulkd be updated the bates motel would be more apealing

Yes, Granny's is run down. And it's not very clean. But my room was less than $50 with tax (AAA rate), and that can't be beat. We stayed here a couple years ago and really liked the place. We stayed there last night and were totally creeped out. All I could think of were bedbugs. If I called it filthy it would be an understatement. It seems as if it hasn't been cleaned since our last visit. The place has changed hands since our last visit.... More
