The staff was very accommodating. The room service personnel were excellent. There was a used tissue in my room and they re-cleaned the whole thing for me. All the staff went out of their way to help with my stay. The restaurant had excellent drinks and the pool was wonderful.

Attended a conference at the Holiday Inn East in Harrisburg and left a very special Vera Bradley Bag my children had given to me for Mother's Day oe year. The customer service folks were great. They contacted me promptly and mailed my bag to my home. Very Thank ful!!!

These pictures are deceiving. The hotel room was musty and had a pad lock door to the outside stating for my safety to keep it locked. (Except the door frame appeared rotten). The bathroom was not up to date. I had rings of sticky stuff on the tv stand and might stand. Was not impressed and would not go back.
