Very clean and very comfortable in spite of being tiny. Hot chocolate at the main desk, very friendly crew members, free wifi, spotless bathroom, simply perfect for transiting. I found it amusing and comfortable. Why don't they have more Yotels, everywhere?

Lovely welcoming helpful staff. Clean and comfy (very compact) cabin. Brilliant shower. Free tea and coffee and wifi included. And it's actually inside the terminal! What more could anyone need when booked on an early flight. I loved it!
