Nancaven Manor is my favorite B&B and I have seen many.... It is relaxing, charming, I love how it is furnished and decorated, it is very clean, have large spaces, beautiful views in the garden with big old trees and there are no neighbours, exept rabbits and birds. It is a pleasure to enter into the house, where an iron... More

We stayed a weekend in the 'Rashleigh Suite' the one with the 4 poster bed!. What a great room, vast and very comfortable. It was chilly outside but not in this suite! The only downside to the room is the rather dated bathroom, everything is outdated and looking tired, however, that said it all worked perfectly well and the 1970's... More

Thank you kindly for posting your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The bathroom was not designed to have a modern look, as it needed to go with the huge Rashleigh room with the solid oak four poster. The bath it's self was an existing cast iron bath and I drilled it out to fit the spa attachment... More

Booked in for one night and we had the 4 poster room with spa bath. It is the biggest bedroom I have ever stayed in. Nothing was a problem. Great breakfast and house. Well done Keith. Will come again.

Delighted that when we were looking for somewhere to stay to make a special break while visiting the Eden Project we found Nanscawen. Keith's video guide shows you exactly what you get, and the reality lives up to expectation. We chose the Prideaux suite in the old part of the house and loved it. I have never been asked if... More

Nanscowen Manor House is a delightful place - even in the wet. The house and host are welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were tasty and served with a smile. The location is perfect for visiting many places of interest including the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Helegan, Lanhydrock, etc. There are excellent restaurants within a few... More

Nanscawen is a beautiful place to stay, where you are warmly welcomed and encouraged to relax and enjoy the house and gardens. It is the perfect location for a visit to the Eden project, followed by lunch or dinner at Sam's at Polkerris. There is a great choice for breakfast and the rooms I have stayed in on two occasions... Nanscawen Manor House is in a beautiful location, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are close by and just a short drive gets you to Fowey, Charlestown, Lostwithiel and Polkerris where you'll find quaint pubs and great restaurants.... We absolutely loved Trewithen Restaurant in Lostwithiel, a small intimate restaurant with first class food and service.... recommended by... More

What a beautiful house, totally neglected. We booked for the room and the pool. The room was large clean, and tastefully decorated but so in need of refurbishment. The grounds are overgrown and the pool is not in use, the surroundings are overgrown, the steps are unsafe, the pool is not cleaned, absolutely no go. What a shame. The owner... More
