There appears to be a lot of negative press about this pub/hotel, we didn't stay but frequented because it is the only real pet friedly pub in Perranporth and by todays standards reasonably priced. We ate there 4 times, twice evening meals, we had steak terriayki and chicked piri piri and was outstanding, and a burger each (I had the... More

I was working nearby so stayed at this hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly which is very important when you travel alone - they even gave me a needle and cotton when my button fell off my trousers. I had the Haddock and poached egg for breakfast very nice! They had Sky news on the TV's at breakfast. I... More

Booked for 2 nights in this hotel as our usual hotel in Perranporth was full. The rooms are cleanish but the funiture needs replacing. The breakfast was very poor. Tables not set up for breakfast, you have to make your own tea/coffee and the cereal selection was just a choice of 2. Whilst we were there we had to ask... More

Came down for a 2 night stay in early October. Hotel was still pretty busy despite a bad forecast and the end of the season. We have stayed before and decided to go again as the location was good and it was still pretty cheap Good bits: + Location -5 mins from beach + Cheap (we paid £60 per night)... More

Travelled down to stay in Cornwall for a 3 night stay using Perranporth and the Perranporth Inn as our base. What a terrible mistake. We wanted to leave 20 minutes after arriving. But as we were tired we decided to sleep on it. However, first impressions are normally correct and and we ended up only staying 2 of the 3... More

The staff were very cheerful and an asset to the hotel which is more than I can say about the rooms. The room we were staying in simply not seen a decorator for 20 years. The best thing I could say about it was it was clean and the bed was comfy but there was nowhere to put anything. No... More

A great shame that a hotel in such a lovely location should fall into the 'catch 'em and fleece 'em' category. We couldn't fault the reception or room staff for their politeness BUT actions do speak louder than words. They need to take notice of simple things like changing the towels when asked to do so, leaving CLEAN cups in... More

Perranporth Inn has a fantastic location and has an entrance on the High Street and a back entrance too. We were in the area for a friend's wedding. The Inn itself requires to be redecorated, the decoration is very old and tatty. The rooms - phew I doubt the electrics around the TV would pass the health and safety standards... More

Lovely stay at this hotel, my five year old really loved the fresh breakfasts and the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The room was adequate and very clean. absolutely left us nothing to complain about. fantastic location to the beach and ideal for local shops and restaurants. We only ate breakfast here in the private guests restuarant area.... More

From the time of booking this hotel to the time we left we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was lovelly clean. The breakfast is superb also! Thanks again for arranging the flowers and bubbly to celebrate our honeymoon. The four days stay completed a memorable week for us. More
