This is a lovely B&B in a quiet spot, just outside St Austell, off a quiet country lane on the approach to the Eden Project. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and spacious, with a great view of the coast. Although St Austell is a mile or two from the coast, this is a great base for visiting local attractions...
