We stayed for 5 days and was easy to book and even extend our stay. Location close(10min) to city centre and bus/train stop which links with all major destinations in Cornwall. We had a large double room - plenty of space. The usual comforts provided - TV, toiletries, tea and coffee, hairdryer. The owner is very helpful - even when we showed up soaked in the rain! The location is quiet and good for the station and St Austell centre (5 minutes' walk). Plenty of space to park.
