Had a last minute booking as had to go to Ballina unexpectedly but have stayed previously and always been happy. Front counter staff very helpful and pleasent. “Lovely motel.”

We have stayed at the Heritage Inn so many times over the years I've lost count. We use it regularly when travelling to and from Queensland and still will when the bypass is finished. “Nice quiet place”

Until the bypass goes in, getting a quiet room in Ballina can be a bit of a lottery for the unsuspecting. At the Heritage Inn you are away from the highway, and most fo the rooms are away from the main street. Ther rooms are large and clean.

Had a great bed and very clean and comfortable. No road noise which I was expecting. Good access to local restaurants.
