We enjoyed a relaxing Monday to Friday at the Beach Hotel. I agree with the other reviews about the need for refurbishment however this certainly didn't affect our stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Staying there midweek it was extremely quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves.

It is dirty, very outdated, and way overdue for a major refurb. Advertised as "boutique" hotel, which I thought included being modern - wrong. After inspection, decided not to stay as we definitely would not have enjoyed it. Didn't bother staff, and they seemed to be used to that.

Right across the road from the beach, what more can I say, great location, walking distance to everything. Nice rooms, clean, lovely staff, free parking which is great so central. Relaxing by the pool and kid friendly! Massive thumbs up.

Air-con broken down, pool much smaller than pictured on the website, lots of noise from the nightclub nextdoor, terrible service from the frankly hostile concierge. All in all.. A disaster. Stay elsewhere.
