We stayed here for one night in room 57. The motel itself is quite old and probably well over 25 odd years old. On entering the room it smelt quite stale and musty, however once the airconditioning got going it was fine. Sheets were clean, toilet and spa bath also, excellent spray from the shower head. Fresh towels, plenty of... More

Location was good for an overnight stop on a long trip . Had stayed here before and wasn't impressed but gave it another try (limited choice as we needed 2bdr accomodation) and was a bit happier this time round. It is very basic and old. Rooms were spacious enough but the beds are fairly hard and room was very stuffy... More

We stayed here for 1 night at the last minute after 12 hours of travel. The room was a decent size and clean but very basic. Being on the highway, I assumed that people stay here just to get some sleep after travelling but the room needed improvements for this. The blinds didn't close well and the window above the... More

Info centre sent us here and it was awful. Asked for a two bedroom unit was sold a family room, should have checked as we had a bed in lounge and bunks in one room. Cockroaches on bench and air conditioning drowned out any talking. Had to turn off to hear each other. also had to go to kitchen to... More

My partner and I stayed here on the way back down the coast recently. At $115, it was a bit more than I was expecting, compared to other locations near the water on the way down the coast, ( Tuncurry was $75) but made the mistake of NOT seeing the room first......We stayed in room 57. The woman on reception... More

All I can say is don't stay here. Our bathroom had more mould than you would believe and the room was infested with cockroaches and other bugs. The room was very cold and only very light blankets are provided. It was self contained but no bowls or cutlery provided???? Also, they threaten an extra charge if you dont wash up!I... More

Every few months we drive from Northern NSW to Sydney and we've found Motto Farm Motel a good highway transit stop. It's an older style motel but our rooms have always been clean, and right back from the road so we heard no highway noise. We've not tried their breakfasts or restaurant but we can confirm their large spa baths... More

I can echo the comments by Wanderers_222. "Bed was rock hard, light blazing outside the room all night, curtains didn't cover window for privacy nor block outside light, heater old and very noisy with no adjustment knobs so we were either blasted like a furnace or turn it off and freeze." Can only add that the road noise is shocking.... More

This motel is older but clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast @ $15 was reasonable, With 3 Adults for $115 a night is excellent value too. The rooms are set well back from the road and parking is plentiful. The beds in our room featured both soft and hard options. The aircon was a wall unit, the bathroom was huge.
