I travel all over NSW for my work. I was booked in by another party and was very happy with the room and the ended up staying two nights. The room service was fabulous..a mixed grill that was huge. Very happy and will stay again.

There should be rules as to what circumstances property owners can legally call their property a "resort". Because in the case of Shellharbour Resort, apparently a few palm trees around a pool is enough to qualify. The rooms here are just basic motel rooms.
