They advertise the upgraded lobby and they should. Nicely re-done and top notch. The hotel itself is as expected. Rooms are adequate and value decent if you get a reasonable price. Usually stay at the CM Malvern which is newer. Great location. Older hotel that appears to be recently updated. A little pricey as the Malvern locatin is approximately $40 lower per night using corporate discount.
