The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check-in and Check-out were very efficient. I saw no bugs of any sort. The room we stayed in was very clean. I inquired about the renovations in progress and they're just getting started - new management is around the corner with many new renovations... this won't be your typical Pocono getaway.

Worst Hotel !! after a long trip and plop down on the bed to get some rest. found tiny little Bed bugs in the mattress, ready to nibble away at you. Rooms not properly cleaned. Not a good service. Breakfast was Ok.
