I don't usually stay at a hotel that's rather close to home, but attending a barbershop convention at the Lancaster Convention Center, it made sense to stay in the attached hotel. Great decision! The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the bathroom is marvelous. I loved the comfy bed and more than enough pillows. The new security... More

Stayed at this hotel for the barbershop chorus competition. I have never been at such a sound proof hotel. We did not heard anyone in the hall (on 14th floor) next to us or above us. No neighor shower or plumbing noies. Very clean, very comfortable. Their restaurant was way above average also-carrot leek soup, local ingredients, really yummy food.... More

Stayed at this hotel for business. Service was great, all the staff were very friendly. The rooms are gorgegous. Best hotel bathroom I've seen in a while. There is a couch, desk/chair & bed. There is a small fridge. I was 2 doors down from the hospitality suite, and could hear everything. The rooms are not very quiet. There are... More

From check in to check out very pleasant experience. I was there for a 3 day conference, very happy with meals, conference rooms & hotel room, very clean and quiet.

Just stayed here for the second time, and I love this hotel. It's pricey, but so pleasant. It's a big hotel, but the staff is accommodating and everything is well-maintained. Rooms are pretty, immaculate and really, really comfortable. This time, we stayed on the concierge level, which was absolutely worth it; snacks and refreshments kept us from having to leave... More

Although requested early check-in in advance, room not ready. Staff very accomodating. Parking in downtown Lancaster at a premium but hotel valet prompt although pricey ($28). Good food at hotel restaurant but short on staff. Confusing issues with drink in lounge before dinner but corrected immediately.

You can't beat the location of this hotel right smack dab in the center of Lancaster. You are close to the Central Market, the shopping areas, the gallery row, and lots of restaurants. You're also a close drive to the outlet centers and surrounding Amish areas. The King room was your standard corporate-type room, very comfortable but cookie-cutter. The hotel... More

I agree with others that downtown Lancaster is a great place. Lots to do within walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurants and the market. The hotel itself is nice, clean. There were some issues for me with check in.....resolved but made me nervous. Issue with parking charges. The restaurant has good food, but both times we went, there were some issues... More

Stayed here for a dance competition and had never been to downtown Lancaster before. Loved this hotel for the location and for the cleanliness and service. Check-in staff was quick, despite being booked, and very friendly. Room was not huge, but comfortable and very clean. Only downside was the room service. The order was missing a few items (they were... More

This was our second time at the Lancaster Marriott. The hotel itself is nice. It is conveniently located in the city close to everything. Many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The problem with this hotel continues to be service. It is not what it should be for the premier hotel in Lancaster. Our stay was for a wedding,... More
