Although requested early check-in in advance, room not ready. Staff very accomodating. Parking in downtown Lancaster at a premium but hotel valet prompt although pricey ($28). Good food at hotel restaurant but short on staff. Confusing issues with drink in lounge before dinner but corrected immediately.
