We stayed here here for an extended week end for my wife's birthday. The service was great. The room was spacious and clean. It helped make this event special. The lounge area and Bar was very nice. We were very pleased with this Hotel. We will stay here again.

The hotel is old. When we got to our room I noticed the molding coming off the walls and my child touched the door stop on the wall and it came off. The staff is not happy here and are willing to vent to the gust.

So, this hotel may not be the Ritz but it is exactly what you need. How much time do you spend in the room anyway?? We had a girlie trip for 2 days to visit the Amish countryside. By the time we got back to the rooms we were exhausted. The hotel is rather old but the rooms were kept... More

We stayed here thinking it was going to be a great nights stay since we had stayed at a Ramada Inn before, but we were wrong! The rooms smelled of mildew and like someone had been smoking in the room. The sheets had cigarette holes in them on both double beds, the blue coverlet was filthy with stains all over... More

The rooms we reserved in advance was not available and was given a room that smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The carpet was disgusting and cut up and the bathroom sink was loose. Don't even try the continental breakfast, the bagels, English muffins and Danish were stale. If you want a good nights rest forget going here,... More

Rooms are fairly basic but very clean. Staff is polite, professional. Hotel has a club, pool, plenty of parking, etc. No complaints at all! Great value, good location!

We stayed here as part of a group reservation for a family wedding. We were concerned before we even arrived based on prior reviews we had read, but we thought.....no place could be that bad! Boy do we wish we would have stuck to our gut and never even walked in! This place is a dump! I wouldn't even board... More

What a shame because this hotel must have been great at some time. All the amenities from heated bathroom floors, indoor & outdoor pools, game room, tennis, shuffle board, etc and right across the street from Dutch Wonderland. Mold in the bedrooms near the windows (probably not insulated properly) and what happened? Did their vacuum break? The floors were a... More

Overall, the room I stayed in was not disgusting, like some of those pictured. However, the carpet is dingy and bathroom floor tiles are dingy. But my bed was clean, the staff on site were helpful and friendly. I booked this because of price and location for an event I was recently attending. Interestingly, and telling, this hotel was NOT... I stayed for 3 nights and had to switch rooms. The staff were unfreindly and not very helpfull. After being out for hours our room was still not cleaned. I would never stay there again. I was told I would receive a credit for 1/2 the night but I was never given a credit. I called and was told I... More
