My husband and I stayed in the cottage at Rocky Springs B&B. It was luxurious, charming and cozy! If you want to feel like a princess, stay here! The property is gorgeous and the owner is extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing as well! We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I rented the cottage for two nights for our 15 year anniversary, We loved it!!!!! It succeeded our expectations! The cottage is so rlaxing and beautiful! Breakfast was brought to our door and it was delicious! We loved the history of the place and the hospitality of the owner and inn keeper. Thank you, Diane and Elaine!

We stayed the night of our wedding, everything was perfect. 5 star room, comfortable bed, great bath/shower. Diana made a perfect breakfast, prepared with no salt as requested, just amazing. These folks do a spectacular job! This is a really special place that deserves your business!

We stayed four nights and found the house to be very nice and convenient to everything. While the house is located in a peaceful surrounding, one can get anywhere quickly. Elaine was very friendly and helpful in steering us toward shopping and other attractions. The property's history as an amusement park makes it a unique B&B experience, and we found... More

If you want a quiet place to get away to, consider this quaint B&B. The history of Rocky Springs B&B will take you back in time to the beginning of the 20th Century. The hostess, Elaine, is very accommodating and will see to it that you are comfortable and made to feel "at home". I would recommend this B&B to... More

My husband & I booked this B&B at the very last minute. And we were very glad we did. The hostess was very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. Our room (Spring Room) was very cozy and of a very high standard - it contained everything one would need. The 5 course breakfast sounded too good to... More

Stayed at this B&B which is close to the tourist spots in Lancaster during a week-long trip in the mid-Atlantic region. The historic home has been restored with comfortable furnishings, lovely landscaping and interesting abandoned carousel, arcade and restaurant buildings from an old amusement park which surround the main house. The breakfast out on the large deck was delicious and... More

We stayed in the Spring Room at Rocky Springs and found the room, as well as the entire property to be simply charming. We ate a 5-star breakfast on the patio overlooking the 7 acre property and found Ann (the innkeeper) to be friendly, and aware enough to give us the privacy we were seeking. A hundred years ago the... More
