We have stayed at the HIE Lancaster-Rockvale Outlets a couple of years ago. The hotel is showing its age in some areas but the operators have maintained the property well and everything works as it should. Our room was in good condition and the bed comfortable. Very clean convenient hotel. Located IN! the rockvale outlets with Tanger outlets a mile or so away& close to Dutch Wonderland. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of seating. We had tickets for a show @ American MusicTheatre & could literally walk there ( albeit crossing a major road Rt 30) Not luxury but close to everything & would stay again.
