Early 1900's tenement living at best. Halls/stairways/elevator filthy. Dope/tobacco smoke smoke nauseating. Screaming, crying children. Bickering adults. Doors slamming at all hours. Rooms alone are not bad, housekeeping is non-existent. If you can stomach the stench and the noise, guess it is worth $320/week.

The housekeepers are terrible at their jobs. The front desk manager is useless. The laundry room machines are constantly out of order. The front desk does not even open until 10:00 AM. Their internet is painfully slow. Dirty rooms. Dirty bed sheets. They don't even provide towels. It is a lousy experience. Definitely not recommended.
