We revisted the Flowerfield with intentions of staying for a month, but unfortuanley, and to our dismay, our second visit consisted of a messy room, a broken television, lack of adequate cooking/eating facilty, no internet access (as advertized), having to witness drug transactions conducted by the primary grounds keeper who finds it appropiate to continually brag about his ex-convict status... The front desk was very patient and helpful answering my questions ! The room was tidy and all the fixtures appeared brand new ! Reasonable rates ! Quiet surroundings ! Free continental breakfast ! There were plenty of places close by to eat and shop !

We were nervous about picking a place to stay that we discovered on the internet but were pleasantly surprised with the result. Rooms are extremely clean, owner was delightful and location was close to restaurants and antique shops in Stroudsburg. We'll be back

The room was very dirty with bugs all over the walls. The bed was so uncomfortable hard. The price for that trash is too high. Not acceptable at all. I wouldnt recommend to stay thete even if its an emergency. Better to sleep in a car.
