Did not stay or eat at the Flying W Ranch. We did the 2 hour trail ride and loved it. The trail ride was $53 and so worth it. The guides took us deep in to the woods, crossed the river several times and up to a clearing that had the most wonderful views of the hillsides. The leaves were... More

So sad to come home from another great trip to the Flying W Ranch. Met so many new friend's and had such a great time seeing the old friend's that we had met on previous trip's to the "W". Tested out the burger's and wing's at the long horn saloon( awesome!!!). Our guide Larry took us by horseback to place's... More

On the advice of my hosts who live nearby, went to the Flying W Longhorn Saloon for supper on August 15th. Big Mistake. Service was absolutely horrendous. Bartenders seemed to be too overwhelmed to offer even simple courtesy of greeting in a friendly manner -- instead it was an attitude of "What do you want!?" After ordering drinks a menu... More

My friends and I have been to the Flying W many times. It is a clean, relaxing atmosphere with great food and great people. I have never had a bad meal there. The 'Hot Rock' dinners are quite unique and I find myself getting one every time I'm there. Their food and drink pricing is reasonable. We have commented many... More

I make the trip to the "W" a couple times a year during Hunting and Trout fishing seasons. Who would expect to find a place like this in the middle of nowhere? Good wings, burgers and you just gotta try one of their " Hot Rock " dinners !!!!

I've had several groups of friends over the last few years for horseback rides and dinners at the "W'' as my girls call it. It would be impossible for us to feel anymore at home, Jess and Nicole always do a great job!

We stayed in the bunkhouse overnite - kinda primitive, but the kids loved it. We all went horseback riding the next day and it couldn't have been better. Staff was very friendly, Tony, our guide was very kind and caring with our granddaughters. They can't wait to go back again.
