Great place for a romantic dinner. Nice music, delicious and healthy food plus friendly atmosphere
Great location and view but that is all. Shabby, run down inn, where the owner boast of a great inn & food is simple not true. Inn is in terrible shape, noisey ( our rm was above bar and restaurant)... I would never return and certainly would not recommend this place. Food is awlful and expensive so not worth the...

I planned New Years Eve for our group of 12. I read largely positive reviews about the Indian Rock Inn in Upper Black Eddy, PA. I thought that by going off the beaten path, and this place is off the beaten path in a beautiful setting, that we could avoid some of the common perceptions about going out on New...

my husband & I stayed at Indian Rock Inn November 11-13, 2011..The view of the Delaware with the leaves changing colors, was a beautiful site. We walked in was greeted by Beverly...we went upstairs to see the room..It wasn't lavish, but very quaint..It hada shower, a toilet and sink...seems as though alot of B&B don't have that...We went and visited...

My husband choose this inn for my birthday dinner. Pretty quiet for a Saturday night , read as GOOD. View of the river, low-key staff, interesting other diners. Sure it is a little old and grimey but has the old run-down look, so much better that Friday's and those other franchises. Food is quite good. Lovely............
My husband & I ate there on Oct. l7. We had not been there for around 25 years. We ate on the patio even though it was cool out, because the view of the Delaware river was beautiful.
We were very happy with the food we got off the light menu. I got wings & my husband got chicken pot...

Place needs serious renovation work (outside, restaurant and bar area, and rooms), cleaning, new furniture, and elimination of cigarette and stale liquor odors. Dinner and lunch food was really good and the main reason for staying, but wine list needs as much help as the place needs renovations. Rooms were clean, but need updating and new furniture. Bed was comfortable...

The Good Points:
1. Friendly Service
2. The bed was comfortable and clean
3. The Delaware River and Canal walkway/bike path is across the street and we had a great view of them from our window.
The Bad Points:
1. Flies hovering around the continental breakfast
2. Cigarette Smoke entering the room in the middle of the night (our fault...

I am someone who likes to REALLY get away. And you can't get much more "away", for the weekend, in my area of NJ, than this quaint and cute inn located in Upper Black Eddy, PA.
My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary with a weekend away and found ourselves drawn to the area because of its secluded,...
