We were impressed with Canyon Motel from the time we called to make reservations. We stayed 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful - the room was clean with a frig, microwave, several chairs - everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night in June 2012 with 2 kids. They wanted a pool and the places to stay in Wellsboro are limited. This was passable, but I would not stay there again. The furniture was very old and stained...I really could have found better chairs at the Goodwill. I wouldn't sit on them without putting a plastic bag down.... More

As someone else said, this is not the Hilton. However, what it is is a nice quaint motel in an excellent little PA town. The motel has clean rooms and good service. They have a large indoor pool which is a great perk! The motel is within walking distance to town, in a quiet area just off the main street.... More

Our room was quaint, clean, and included a fridge, and thru the back wall air conditioning unit. Nice indoor pool and sauna. Staff was friendly. Location is a close walk to town. No breakfast. Coffee all day in lobby. Coffee maker in room. Wired internet was speedy.
