This was my first Microtel stay. The price was reasonable and they were full. The room was small but attractive. A big compaint-the TV is mounted high in the room. This is an uncomfortable place for viewing. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing-not much variety. The bananas had seen yellower days.

Agree with RJKESQ! What one looks for is getting better than you pay for. I like that i get for example 3 star service and amenities for a 1-2 star price. The breakfast is an example. This hotel is such trash. They say they made major renovations. Well it is like staying at a Motel. There was a shooting in the lobby. No Hotel Security. You can walk in at night and day with nobody at the front desk to see who is entering the hotel. No pool, No Food....The TV in the lobby does not... More

The hotel is conveniently located off Rte 202 and near West Chester University. The rooms are basic, but adequate. The complimentary breakfast is better than average with make your own waffles and fresh fruit.

Here is the bottom line people; You can't buy the $10.00 roses from the convenient store and expect to romance a classy lady. You simply can't expect that! This hotel has done a wonderful job with its improvements! The rooms look wonderful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a great visit and will definitely choose this location again when we are in the area!

Have been on the road for two weeks vacationing. West Chester Microtel Inn & Suites was the nicest motel we have visited. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay with them again.
