I found a pair of dirty socks under my comforter on the bed. Clearly they haven't been washing their bedding. I talked to the front desk and they didn't even apologize once. I've never had such a poor experience at a hotel before. I'll be staying at the comfort inn next door from now on.

This is a well maintained hotel with friendly, efficient staff and very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, conveniently located just off I81 in Wilkes Barre, PA. Stayed there twice now, the second time was as good as the first, and I will come back when I am in that area. Nice selection of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Great find!

Stayed one night on our way north. Pets allowed for a fee, and they do a room check upon departure. This was a clean and restful stop. Comfy bed. Good shower.
