We had a lovely stay. Couldn't have wanted anything more. The inn has a lovely warm and relaxing feel to it. Very clean. Baked goods, coffee and tea at breakfast were perfect. Lisa & Rusty made us feel very comfortable. We'd definitely go back.

Just spent a delightful few days at the Lionel Champlin Inn. The location is great -- we walked everywhere, took the water taxi to Newport for the Folk Festival from the dock right down the street, had some great meals at restaurants right around the corner. I can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It makes a great base for going to Newport on the ferry. We stayed in the apartment which had plenty of room for me and my wife and two college age kids. The view from the apartment of the harbor was amazing.
