Friendly staff, very nice room with king bed and water views. Very clean suite. Comfy bed. Need to upgrade TVs (very small) and bathroom could use upgrade but absolutely acceptable and very clean. Some good restaurants in the area - try the Atlantic Grill for a great breakfast. Would stay here again.

We stayed one night here when we attended a wedding at the Atlantic Beach Club across the street. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating! Great value, we had a king bed and a separate living room with pull-out couch, all very clean. Good perks too, breakfast and newspaper included. Great location! Would stay again.

Glad to find an affordable hotel in this location. We were off season. Downside is we had to walk through the pouring rain across the street to have breakfast at the sister hotel.

We stayed here as part of a wedding party group over Labor Day weekend. First we had to change rooms because the one we specifically booked (suite with separate bedroom door) was not what we were given (open bedroom, not ok for us...family with little kids who go to bed much earlier than us) and to top it off it was not fully cleaned by housekeeping. Our suite was under $200 and had a very large bedroom with three windows and two very large beds. It was very, very spacious. The living room area had a large table, couch, chairs and kitchenette and was also large. Very clean too. The indoor pool across the street was fine -- very close and had windows on three sides.... I was very pleased with the spacious room and the courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast and the pool that you can use across the street were a nice plus. It is perfectly situated in walking distance to restaurants, Easton beach, and the Cliff Walk. The hotel is on stilts, so there are no damp ground level rooms, which was also nice.
