“A night away”

This hotel was wonderful for a quick night away to see a concert in Providence! The front desk was extremely helpful in directing me to get my needs. Michael McMahon went out his way to help us, which was unexpected, but very much appreciated.

On my 25th night this year. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Jamel and mike make check-in a breeze. Free wifi and the only hotel that I've found near providence with a club room. Restaurant is good also. I recommend the burger or baked buffalo wings.

comfortable place, not such a great area, but good facilities. we had fun in the pool and enjoyed the club lounge. rooms r comfortable. it has a lot of restaurants around it. the front desk is nice and helpful as is housekeeping. close to providence.

The staff is extremely helpful and curious. My wife and I stay here routinely while in the area. Often we see Kevin at the front desk and always look forward to seeing him. Kevin names our stays like being at our home away from home.

My husband and I stayed here before our vacation to utilize the park and fly option. The customer service was amazing! Elsie could not have been more helpful or friendly. She is what everyone in customer service should strive to be! Definitely recommended for the hassle-free service.

Best managed Starwood Hotel in New England! And I really mean that. I look forward to my future visits! Excellent Front Desk staff, VERY clean place, quick and easy shuttle to area eateries and T.F. Green Airport.

“Staff is the best”

I really appreciate the staff at the Sheraton. The drivers front desk and concierge are great. Jamel, alyce Stephanie Alex and sue are friendly and attentive. The manager Rob even shoveled my car after the blizzard.

Stayed there for an event in Providence. Asked for an upgrade being Gold members and there wasn't any suites and the Club Level was all booked. Somewhat frustrating. Room was ok, chairs in room were definitely showing their age. Cold water in the bathroom didn't flow. Restaurant was ok typical hotel food. Ate there to get the 500 bonus Starwood... More
