My daughter and son-in-law recently married here and it was a beautiful ceremony. Many good memories for the future. My husband and I got married here in 2007....and while much of the property has been changed to make it into a "venue" type place for weddings, etc.--it has not lost its charm. Gorgeous setting that really makes you feel like you're in your own little world. Comfortable rooms and beds.

We loved Lowndes Grove! The main house, guest house and grounds are beautiful. The location is great and there is plenty of free parking which is very difficult to find in downtown Charleston.
