There were CONFIRMED BED BUGS in room 217 on Monday night, 2/22/10. Nasty. Disgusting. The person at the front desk, Jacqueline, was very nice and helpful, but she was the only one. Management's response is poor, and that's being complimentary. AVOID THIS HOTEL...Travel to the next exit for a Hampton Inn. Hampton is $20/night more, but well worth it!!!! More
