We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is convenient to downtown and Irmo areas, restaurants, and Riverbanks Zoo (which is an awesome place.) The hotel is clean. It has a great breakfast buffet, and the cafe has good food. The indoor pool is a plus for children. I can fully recommend this Embassy Suites. More

This was a good place for my family (3 children ages 7,6,2). Plenty of sleeping room for us all, but the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable. Service was good in the hotel. When traveling through Columbia, SC I usually stay at this hotel. Close to downtown & the freeway, it is convenient when conducting business on the west side of the city. The hotel is quite old, but well maintained. The morning breakfast was excellent. Lots of parking is available. More

Stayed at this hotel for a Knights Of Columbus State Convention. The room was clean and neat, the breakfast was extremely good for a complementary breakfast including made to order omelets, pancakes, etc. My wife took advantage of the pool. We were not able to take advantage of the complementary "happy hour" but heard from others it was good too. More
