“Distressed passenger rescued”

A cancelled flight and getting standed overnight on a Friday night is no fun, but this hotel came to my rescue and made the inconvenience far more tolerable - a distressed passenger rate of $69, courtesy airport transportation, and courtesy transportation to/from local restaurants and stores. My family and I spent overnight at this motel traveling to Clemson. Overall, the experience was favorable. It is a good hotel, but not great. “Ok hotel but not up to Marriott Courtyard standards.”

Flight was cancelled so they had a distressed passenger rate of $69. Hotel has not been updated to current Courtyard standards. Bed not comfortable. Sheets aren't soft. Staff friendly. Overall it's ok

“It's not bad”

This hotel was not what I expected from a Marriott family hotel. The lobby and common areas downstairs were very nice. The price and my previous great experience with Courtyard hotels is what brought me to the hotel. My linens and bathroom weren't as clean as I'd like. The location is great. Dunkin Donuts next door! =)
