We are very happy with the cleanliness and the sense of safety that we have had here at Value Place. It is very conventiently located just one block off I-85, and close to shopping stores. The manager, Kim, could not have been more courteous or helpful. We now have a new friend.

I have been coming to Value Place on Chalmers Road on business one week out of a month for a couple of years now. i am always welcomed with open arms and accomodated with what I need to be comfortable. The manager Kim is very personable and do what it takes to make me happy.

For the price ($190/wk, $600/mo for a single, before tax), this is a great value. The rooms are exceptionally clean and pretty spacious for the price.
