Poor experience: both phones in room did not work; wireless speed in room was VERY slow; printer in business pc in lobby did not work both days; only whole milk available for breakfast both days; scrambled eggs at breakfast buffet were soupy and not hot; hotel getting "old" look.

My wife and I are now in a position where we will be in Greenville 4-6 times a year for business. When we travel we always stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express.
