Everything was perfect from when I made my reservation to when I Left. Staff was very nice and friendly the home was great, wonderful stay and worth every penny. We will be back next year with our family.

Very disappointed, dirty, moldy, villa torn screens, smelly, roaches, sewage leak from unit above stained the bathroom ceiling, broken hair dryer the smallest issue. Left a day early because it wasn't worth it to make the family stay.

We stayed at 11 Pelican Bay and were sorely disappointed. NO dvd and took 5 days to get one. Microwave inoperable and took two days to get one. Burned out light bulbs and dusty fans. Dirty carpet. Website does not state you cannot have trailers, motorcycles or get skis; of which we had two (trailer with a motorcycle). Ended up arguing with the management who sent us from one parking lot, to the marina and finally back to the employee parking lot were we parked the trailer.
