Upon check-in, Carol was absolutely impeccable. She made sure we had everything we needed to accommodate two seniors with moderate disabilities. The daytime staff was very nice and helpful as well. We stayed at this Sleep Inn during the Christmas Holidays for a family gathering in Charleston...hotel is very convenient to highway for getting to & from downtown Charleston...barely a 10 minute drive...room very comfortable & clean...our evening desk clerk Carol was very welcoming & helpful. We definitely would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future !
