Hotel was nice and clean. My only problem is that you have to park across the street; and of course we arrived in pouring down rain!!!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, all are ocean front...nice view! Our room was nice, but not fancy and a bit beat up. The "lounge" was a joke, the pools were okay, just an average on the beach place...for Myrtle I would say it was a convenient location!

I was also fraudulently charged by Ocean's One staff for allegedly smoking in the room / balcony which was totally false. The cost of $250.00 was charged to my American Express card which the staff hid from me until I went on line and discovered it after arriving home. If the weather outside is too cool for the beach, you will be disappointedd with the indoor pool. It had rust on the tiles. Pollen was on the bottom of the pool too. The rooms were clean and bright.

Management appeared unfriendly, charged an unexplained resort fee, did not disclose No smoking policy on the balcony or pools or in the room prior to taking our money. My family and I stayed at Ocean's One last month and it was a great hotel. The entire visit was perfect. Rooms were clean and the pool area was awesome.
