Just came across a review of this unit. We are the homeowners of Arcadian 1 unit 12F. This unit was incorrectly identified as Arcadian 1. “FILTHY & DISGUSTING!”

Absolutely horrible experience at the Arcadian in August 2012. Stayed in 12F a 3 BR 2 BA unit. The floor is stained, air conditioning units leak (onto the kitchen table and into your food!!) the windows have no blinds, the toilet runs constantly, over flows and doesn't flush, the kitchen appliances don't work, cockroaches in the cabinets, rotted and broken... More
