Rooms great. Customer Service..great. HOWEVER, DO NOT TRUST this company enough to purchase points/weeks from this resort. We have owned here since before Holiday Inn took ownership. The previous owners were great..felt like hometown folk atmosphere..and customer service. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property really is. We enjoyed the condo, the decorating was perfect. We loved the beds, they are so comfortable. Very nice and clean, stayed in the 2 bedroom. Room had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I noticed that the room did advertise a flat screen television but we had a tube one. Not a big deal because I wasn't there to watch tv.

Check-in was slow. There were 2 people being helped in front of me. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be waited on. Need minimum 3 people working front desk at all times. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Very nice and spacious. Not much to do on the resort itself but activities/attractions are very close. We loved visiting the The Common Market.

We have stayed at this resort twice now. The rooms are very spaces and comfortable. The resort pool is another story. The jacuzzi they talk about on their tours was not working on both stays. But the rest of the facility is very nice. Parking is never a problem.
